Facebook Cover Designer

By now you probably already have the new Facebook Timeline and have played around with your cover image.
It's pretty easy to just choose one of your photos and use that as your cover photo, but you do want to be a bit creative, don't you?

Facebook Cover Designer is an iPhone app that helps you design your own Timeline cover image, very easily and create high quality results.
The app lets you edit your cover image, apply cool filters (some cost money), and upload to Facebook.

The filters are really good (add things like smoke, frost, lasers... or create a split screen effect), and there is a great feature that lets you setup your profile picture too so that it goes along with your cover image.
And the process is straightforward, it takes only about 4 clicks to go through everything and have your designed cover up on Facebook.

The app is free but some of the filters cost money (it's $0.99 to "go pro" and get all the additional filters, not bad).
